七宝の透かしが結ぶ、光と和のひと皿

幾重にも連なる円の透かしから、光と影が静かにこぼれる。外周いっぱいに広がる七宝の文様は、円(輪)は和につながるもので、人と人との和の大切さを表している。 また、文様が限りなく伸びることから子孫繁栄の意味も。

中央の白磁には、料理の色を引き立てる広やかな余白。料理を受け入れる素直なかたちは、盛り付ける手にも運ぶ手にもなじむ。木の天然の風合いと端正な白が響き合い、わずかに立ち上がるリムが料理をそっと受け止め、ナイフを使うひと皿にも寄り添う。余白までも美しい一皿に。

A Plate Where Light and Harmony Meet Through the Shippo Pattern

Light and shadow gently spill through the overlapping circular cutouts. The shippo pattern that spreads across the outer rim is formed from endlessly interlocking circles. The circle, or ring, has long been associated with harmony, symbolizing the importance of bonds and connection between people. As the pattern continues without end, it also carries a wish for prosperity through generations. At the center, the white porcelain offers generous space that beautifully brings out the colors of each dish. Its simple, welcoming form feels natural both when arranging food and when carrying it to the table.

The organic warmth of natural wood and the refined purity of white porcelain complement one another, while the gently raised rim softly holds the food in place and makes the plate equally suited to dishes enjoyed with a knife. A plate where even the empty space becomes part of the beauty.
