淡い月光を映し込む静謐な青、Sugahara インディゴフロストの硝子皿。外側はそっと霧を纏うようにサンドブラストを施し、指先に心地よい滑らかさを残す。一方で、内側は透き通るような透明感を宿し、静かに佇む水面のような趣を醸し出す。光と影が交錯し、角度によって異なる表情を見せるこの一皿は、料理をひとつの風景へと昇華させる。日常の食卓に、深い夜の静寂を添える逸品。
